A Career Built Across Healthcare Systems

WHO → LSE → Johnson & Johnson → Eli Lilly → Bristol Myers Squibb → Bracco → LivaNova → ACCESSBRIDGE

What Shaped My Perspective

Throughout my career, I have worked across healthcare policy, reimbursement, market access, pricing, and commercialization functions.

This experience taught me that healthcare success is rarely determined by a single application, stakeholder meeting, or commercial initiative.

The most successful organizations understand how healthcare policy, payer priorities, clinical practice, stakeholder incentives, and commercial objectives interact within the broader healthcare system.

This systems perspective continues to shape how I support clients today.

Author & Thought Leadership

Ziyan is co-author of Towards A Healthy China: The Institutional Logic and Strategic Pathways to a Pharmaceutical Powerhouse.

The book explores the interaction between healthcare systems, innovation, industrial policy, and national competitiveness, reflecting her long-standing interest in how healthcare policy and innovation can work together to improve patient access and healthcare outcomes.

From WHO to multinational healthcare companies, each chapter reinforced the same lesson:
successful healthcare innovation requires alignment between policy priorities, payer incentives and commercial execution.
