The Story Behind ACCESSBRIDGE

Building Bridges Has Defined Ziyan’s Career

Ziyan’s work has consistently sat between worlds: science and policy, public health and business, global strategy and local execution. She founded ACCESSBRIDGE to help healthcare innovators navigate those intersections.

Her early academic and professional foundations at the London School of Economics and the World Health Organization gave her a rigorous grounding in health policy, health economics, public health systems and global health governance. Those formative years also helped build an international professional network that continues to inform her cross-border perspective today.

She went on to lead and contribute to market access, pricing, reimbursement, policy and commercialization work across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics and vision care. Her experience spans global, regional and local responsibilities, giving her a practical understanding of how strategy changes as it moves from headquarters to markets — and from a plan into execution.

Why She Founded ACCESSBRIDGE

Senior Strategic Thinking Without Unnecessary Layers

Many healthcare companies do not need another large consulting layer. They need an experienced partner who can understand the system, work across functions, stay close to the details and help the team move from uncertainty to action.

ACCESSBRIDGE was created to provide that combination: senior strategic thinking, flexible embedded support and practical execution — tailored to the market, product and organization rather than forced into a standard consulting package.
